Returns & Refunds Policy
At Koda’s Treasures, we want you (and your dog) to love what you receive. Quality is guaranteed—if your order arrives with a print error or visible quality issue, we’ll replace or refund it.
📸 To qualify for a resolution:
Include clear photos of the item on a flat, well-lit surface
Ensure the tag and affected area are visible
Email your photos and order number to info@kodastreasures.store
We’ll take care of the rest with a speedy resolution.
General Returns & Sizing
Because every product is made to order, we do not accept returns for:
Incorrect sizing (please double-check sizing charts before ordering)
Buyer’s remorse or general return requests
Cancellations & Order Changes
You may cancel or edit your order before it enters production using the link in your confirmation email.
After your order begins production, cancellations or edits can no longer be processed.
Refunds
Refunds are issued only for quality-related issues and require supporting photos.
Refunds are processed to the original payment method used at checkout.
We do not support PayPal, Klarna, AfterPay, or other third-party lending services.
Credit/debit card refunds usually appear within 7–10 business days, depending on your bank.
International Orders
Orders shipped outside the U.S. may be subject to import taxes, duties, or customs fees.
These are not included in your checkout total and are the customer’s responsibility.
We recommend contacting your local customs office if you have questions about potential charges.
Merchant of Record
All orders are securely handled by our fulfillment partner and Merchant of Record, Fourthwall.com.
They manage payment processing, production, and logistics on our behalf.
